Our company was established in the year 2010. Synetics is led by two engineers, both having 15 years plus experience in the field of industrial automation and robotics.
has a Masters degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York. After completion of the masters degree, he has 10 years of work experience in the USA working for General Motors. Vijayaram’s main area of expertise is in designing and building fully automated assembly & welding lines for assembling trucks and cars. On average, each body shop that he has worked in consists of 300 to 400 welding and material handling robots which include Fanuc, Kuka, ABB & Yaskawa. He also has extensive experience in project management, installation of automated assembly lines, and getting the lines production ready at assembly plants. At Synetics, he heads the mechanical design, mechanical assembly/integration and Technical sales.

After completion of studies, he has worked in various positions in the controls engineering field, for several systems integrators in the USA. During his tenure, he has handled a variety of automation projects. His area of expertise is in electrical system design, PLC programming and robot programming. He has also led various projects taking care of installation and project management. Some of the robots programmed include ABB, Fanuc, Motoman and Kawasaki. At Synetics, Karthik heads the controls engineering, PLC and robot programming, electrical systems integration, and Project Management.
